Flex Tickets

We now offer a Flex Ticket that allows you to reschedule your ticket to a different date up to eight hours before your booked time slot. Rescheduling after the slot has started is not possible.

Please note: Without a Flex Ticket upgrade, rescheduling is not allowed.

Refunds are excluded. If the event is postponed, the tickets remain valid. If the event is canceled, you will receive a refund for the ticket value. For general inquiries, please contact our ticketing team at the hotline 0900 444 262 (CHF 1.19/min).

Language / Audioguide

At the beginning of the exhibition, each visitor receives headphones, allowing you to select your preferred language. The audio guide is available in German, English, and French, providing a multilingual experience for all.

Using state-of-the-art technology, the audio guide automatically starts when you reach a specific location. This makes the exhibition even more immersive, letting you fully step into the story.

The information text is in German. The text can be translated into English and French using a QR code.

Box office

Tickets can also be purchased directly on-site without a reservation for an additional fee of SFR 2 per ticket (subject to availability). Advance purchase is recommended to avoid waiting times.

Caution

There are online vendors offering tickets at significantly inflated prices (e.g., VIAGOGO). Please book your tickets only through our own online shop or at our official pre-sale points like Ticketcorner or SeeTickets. MAAG Moments has no agreement with "VIAGOGO" and distances itself from these offers.

The exhibition is cashless. We kindly ask you to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Postcard or Twint. Thank you.

Groups

Visit the exhibition with your employees, your customers or your club and benefit from group discounts. As a group, you have the option of reserving a contingent of tickets. This gives you enough time to plan your visit.

Groups of 10 up to 29 persons 20% discount
Groups of 30 up to 49 persons 25% discount
Groups of 50 persons or more 30% discount

Depending on the number of people, you can also hire the time slots exclusively.

School classes

Students and teachers benefit from the special price of SFR 14 per person.

This price applies to all groups from the school district, including graduating classes, vocational maturity programs, and vocational schools. Please note that the special price is only valid on weekdays from Tuesday to Friday.

For every 15 students, at least one teacher is required to accompany them. For example, if you come with 30 students to the exhibition, two teachers must be present.
